Company Overview
The Kentucky Diabetes Network (KDN) is a statewide 501(c)(3) coalition comprised of multidisciplinary health care professionals, public health departments, patient organizations, healthcare systems, plan sponsors, community organizations, and people affected by diabetes. KDN’s mission is to promote health and well-being for all Kentuckians living with and at risk for diabetes.
