Purpose:
To build capacity in housing development projects that include multifamily and single-family units so more income-aligned units can be made available in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Researching homes that are for sale or vacant
- Building partnerships with city officials, realtors, and vendors
- Assisting with cost analysis, proformas, and budgets for potential projects
- Working with project management team
- Marketing of Brighton Properties and developments
- Assisting with the funding application process

This position has a salary range of $42,500 - $44,000.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing, LIHTC, Kentucky Housing Corporation, and Federal Home Loan Bank products a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or a combination of education and a minimum of 2 years experience
- Strong multitasking skills
- Budget, grant writing, marketing, and research skills are a plus
