Purpose:
To build capacity in housing development projects that include multifamily and single-family units so more income-aligned units can be made available in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Researching homes that are for sale or vacant
Building partnerships with city officials, realtors, and vendors
Assisting with cost analysis, proformas, and budgets for potential projects
Working with project management team
Marketing of Brighton Properties and developments
Assisting with the funding application process

This position has a salary range of $42,500 - $44,000.

Strong Customer Service Skills
Knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing, LIHTC, Kentucky Housing Corporation, and Federal Home Loan Bank products a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or a combination of education and a minimum of 2 years experience
Strong multitasking skills
Budget, grant writing, marketing, and research skills are a plus
